WHO AM I_
DevOps engineer at ClearOps, focused on building and maintaining infrastructure at scale. Day-to-day work covers Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD — with a strong emphasis on automation, solid pipelines, and proper monitoring and alerting.
Outside of work: spending time with family, hiking with my dogs, riding my motorcycle, and doing sports. I also run a personal homelab and maintain a portable Vim config — one curl away on any remote server or container.
TECH STACK_
Tools I use daily — organized the way I'd answer it in an interview.
PROJECTS_
Things I've built, configured, and shipped.
ten
→A Go CLI that pipes text through LLMs — like cat, but smarter. Reads from stdin, outputs to stdout. Supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama, Mistral and more. Built for terminal-first workflows and editor integrations (Neovim, Helix, Kakoune).
vimrc.joaofilipesilva.eu
→A portable Vim config hosted as a static file. Pull it anywhere with curl -o .vimrc vimrc.joaofilipesilva.eu — useful on remote servers and containers where you just need a decent editor fast.
Self-hosted stack
→Personal homelab behind Cloudflare Tunnels. Running: Paperless-ngx, Nginx Proxy Manager, Mealie, Audiobookshelf, BentoPDF, Dozzle, Kroki, and Home Assistant.
joaofilipesilva.eu
→This site. Astro v6, static output, deployed via Cloudflare Pages native GitHub integration — push to main, done.
